The product must remain in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please be advised that we implement a strict "No Unboxing Video, No Return" policy; customers must provide an uninterrupted video of the package being opened to serve as valid proof of any discrepancies or damage.

Please be mindful that delivery lead times vary significantly based on your geographical location within the Philippines. For customers located in Luzon, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after ship-out. For those in the Visayas region, the estimated timeframe is 5 to 10 business days, while deliveries to Mindanao may take 7 to 14 business days or longer, depending on the proximity of the destination and local port schedules. While we provide tracking numbers to help you monitor your parcel's progress, please understand that potential delays caused by severe weather conditions, public holidays, or third-party courier logistics are beyond our immediate control.

We encourage all customers to double-check their orders, including sizes and shipping details, before finalizing their purchase. Once an order has been processed and scheduled for pickup or handed over to our partner courier, we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests.
